Chewing your food is about more than just eating—it’s about being deliberate, thorough, and avoiding unnecessary mistakes. You chew so you don’t choke. In life, the same rule applies: take your time, think it through, and give your actions purpose. It’s about preparing yourself for success instead of rushing and failing.
But thinking only gets you so far. That’s where you tie your shoes. Once you’ve thought it through, be ready to act. Don’t trip over yourself by being unprepared or careless. Show up ready to give your best effort. Half-assing leads to half-results, and never knowing what would've happened if you gave your all.
So chew your food, tie your shoes, and get it done the right way.
